Hiring Lains Barn

Viewing is by appointment only

Please contact the Lains Barn Booking Office on 01235 832745 and make an appointment to see the Events Organiser.

Once you have decided upon the venue we will give you the opportunity to put a hold on your date for 7 days. During this time, the barn can be viewed again, you can work on budgets, and you can contact the Events Organiser to ask further questions.

What will it cost?

To ensure we can offer the best price package for your event we will be happy to produce a quotation after discussing your event with you.

How many people?

The main barn area can accommodate up to 140 seated guests and there is a strict overall maximum of 170 in accordance with fire regulations.

Catering

It is extremely important to us to ensure our clients enjoy a consistently high standard of catering at Lains Barn. We have therefore teamed up with our superb in-house caterer, Complete Catering Company. They offer a wide range of menus to suit all tastes, from a barbeque or hog roast, to fine dining of the highest quality.

Drinks

Lains Barn hold the licence to sell alcohol and we will always be available for your function. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive selection of wine, beers and reception drinks and these prices include any service required. We are unable to allow hirers to supply their own alcohol or soft drinks.
