Welcome to Lains Barn, Wantage

Lains Barn is a magnificent historic barn is beautifully located in rural Oxfordshire close to the ancient market town of Wantage and commands fine views across the Vale of the White Horse.

Restored for the community and managed on behalf of the Vale and Downland Museum Trust, Lains Barn is the perfect place for a wedding ceremony, wedding reception, ceilidh (barn dance) and all your special occasions.

Any surplus arising from the hiring fees, after covering costs, is used to fund improvements at Lains Barn and the Vale and Downland Museum.
